Brief
Laboratoires Bailleul, a leader in dermatological solutions, needed a document called a visual aid to support healthcare professionals in discussing their new product, Isotiorga, with patients.
The brief was to create visually, well-structured documents that could bring the information to life in a way that was different to how competitors would do it. The documents needed to be visually engaging (with strong imagery, charts, icons and infographics), editable (we needed to provide these in PowerPoint format so the client could update them easily) and professional yet empathetic (the documents needed to help patients see the potential benefits of Isotiorga while feeling understood.
Our approach
We began by developing a concept that conveyed how Isotiorga could benefit patients. Our focus was on a compelling “before and after” idea – a smiling girl with clear skin consulting a doctor, while a shadowed version of her past self reflected her previous struggles with acne. The concept established the tone for the rest of the document.
Results
We helped Laboratoires Bailleul provide healthcare professionals with valuable tools to enhance their patient discussions. The two tools we created made medical information clearer, more engaging and more impactful, while also emphasising their understanding of acne sufferers. This approach helped them differentiate themselves from competitors, which was a key priority for this brief.
