Brief
With a desire to unify their marketing communications, and broaden their appeal to the public, the Hospice of St Francis approached us looking for a local agency to provide traditional and digital marketing support, across all of their departments. The Hospice of St Francis also has several retail shops (Returned to Glory and NumberTwenty) within Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Our approach
We started by updating their branding, including a tone of voice that was complemented by a new colour palette and a cleaner, more modern design style. A lot of our inspiration came from the calm, tranquil gardens at the hospice. We even created some watercolour-painted elements that could be used sparingly across the brand. The new visual identity brought some much-needed warmth and engagement, appealing to a wider audience and creating consistency across all communication forms.
Results
We supported the team on a day-to-day basis with strategic advice, creative concepts, design, and delivery, covering everything from brand communications to fundraising and events. We ensure the updated branding is applied consistently across the charity’s different areas.
