Marketing Strategy & Brand Identity
Health Friends provide a unique localised online healthcare community experience that marries the needs of the community with the clinicians that work within it. Their brief was broad although they had an idea in mind for a digital concept and they needed help evolving this, to turn it into an effective brand and useable service.
Working closely with the team we developed a strategy for the brand to launch from, leading to a total refresh to engage a broader audience. Next came the digital platform, a social hub for people to connect with local health practitioners. The service was launched with an initial group of 3 CCGs, with a multifunctional web platform to ensure new CCGs could be added as they were brought on board.
The new site has been well received by the community, contributors and clinicians.
